These terms cover joining the Viral Toon waitlist and using this website. Viral Toon is run by Appcelerator Studio (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Joining the waitlist

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Use an email address that belongs to you. One signup per person.
• We may remove signups that look automated, fake or abusive.

What the waitlist does and doesn’t promise

Joining puts you in line to hear about early access and launch. It doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get access, when you’ll get it, or what it will cost. Your place in line can change, for example when we invite people in batches. The product may change before launch, and the examples on this site show what Viral Toon is being built to do.

Emails

We’ll email you about early access and launch. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing team@appcelerator.studio.

This website

Don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its spam protection, or sign up other people without their permission. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or from joining the waitlist.

Changes and ending the waitlist

We may update these terms or close the waitlist. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top and email you.
